Montreal Nightlife Strategy, Montreal (2023-2024)
Project management for crossdisciplinary project on the nightlife economy in Montreal. Our team at BC2 carried out research through international case studies and interviews to identify the best ways support nightlife businesses in the city, and to define a methodology that allowed us to identify suitable locations for 24-hour nighllife initiatives. This informed the city's new Nighlife Policy.
Special Planning Programs, Multiple locations (2023-2024)
Project management for multiple spacial planning programs across Qubec (Town of Mount Royal, City of Montreal, Côte Saint-Luc, Delson, Vaudreuil-Dorion), supervising cross-disciplinary teams, and coordinating with city officials, community groups, private stakeholders and various planning professionals. Projects conducted at BC2.
Mini-Warehouses for Urban Bicycle Delivery, Montreal, Quebec (2023-24)
Development of an implementation guide to facilitate zoning changes around Montreal in order to authorize delivery hubs used for bike and small electric van delivery. The solutions we devised are now parts of Montreal's forthcoming masterplan. Project conducted with Lemay. Project Lead.
Amazon/AWS, Province de Québec (2022)
Project management, urban planning component, for the site selection of multiple new data centers construction projects across the province of Quebec. Project conducted with Arup at Lemay.
Masterplan, Laboratories Canada/Fallowfield Campus, Ottawa (2022)
Project management, urban planning component, for the masterplan of a new cross-agency campus for the Government of Canada. Project conducted with Lemay.
IKEA, Ville de Québec (2021-2022)Project manager for an impact analysis realized for IKEA. Negotiated planning and building strategies with Quebec City to reduce the impact of a new rail project on store access. Project conducted with Lemay.
Maisons des aînés, Multiple Cities Across Quebec (2021) Project management and development strategy to obtain city approval for seniors homes and Long-Term Care Centers (CHSLD) realized for the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI), in partnership with Pomerleau. The project is part of a large-scale transformation project for residential and long-term care services in Quebec. Projects conducted with Lemay.

Cabanes Nord, Mont Tremblant, Quebec (2019-2020)
Project Director for the conceptual development of a resort project in the Canadian countryside. Project consists of a vacation resort composed of micro cottages on a picturesque site near the Mont Tremblant ski resort.

Sumbawa Tourism Masterplan, Sumbawa, Indonesia (2019-2021)
Project lead for the realization of a tourism masterplan for the island of Sumbawa located in the Lesser Sunda Island chain.

Conceptual development for a new self-storage business venture located in centrally located and vacant office buildings. Commissioned by a venture capital investment fund. Project director responsible for the conceptual development, creative direction and implementation strategy.
Echo Park Film Mobile – Cinema Kit, Los Angeles, United States (2017)
Urban acupuncture project aiming to improve the user experience for a mobile cinema school addressing the needs of vulnerable children and teenagers. Human-centered research leading to actionable insights, and design and fabrication of an urban furniture kit allowing the presentation of student films outdoors. Project Manager.

Responsible for the study of citizen priorities leading to the development of a vision for the future of Mont Sainte-Anne and the municipalities of Beaupré and Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges.
Conversion of a motel into an apartment complex, Banff, Canada (2020)
Rehabilitation of a motel into 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, transformed to be operated as short-term rental properties. In charge of creating new floor plans that meet the client’s vision and local building code requirements. Project Lead.
The Working House, Boulder Creek, United States (2019)
Conceptual development for a residential development project in the majestic redwood forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains for a Silicon Valley couple seeking to build a live-work property. Conceptual development, real estate analysis, financial modelling, architectural plans and 3D visualization. Project Director.
Playtime, Turin, Switzerland (2018)
Architectural competition (SIA category 142), finalist (ranked 3rd, 128 projects received, awarded CHF 20,000). The project consists of a primary school by the Lepontine Alps adjacent to an architecturally significant school building. Responsible for the territorial and urban design analysis portions of the project for Atelier Jäggi Leclair. Research Director.
DeLorean, Biel, Switzerland (2017) Architectural competition (SIA regulation 142), finalist (ranked 4th, 92 projects received, awarded CHF 25,000). The project consists of a municipal archive and firetruck depot in the heart of the city of Biel. Responsible for the territorial and urban design analysis portions of the project for Atelier Jäggi Leclair. Research Director.
Structure 11/12, Holasandur, Iceland (2017) Conceptual design for a salt core structure (a biodegradable material that dissolves naturally when in contact with the rain). Commissioned by the Swiss-based Random~Institute in the framework of an experimental project foregrounding ideas from 12 architectural offices in Europe and North America. In charge of the conceptual development and architectural sketches for Atelier Jäggi Leclair. Designer.
Bama Tiendas, Coatzacoalcos, Mexico (2015-2016) Building performance analysis and implementation of an optimization strategy that lowered the carbon footprint of chain of 100+ mini markets operated by Corona/Grupo Modelo. Energy audit, human-centered research, development of design proposal and management strategies, and project implementation. Project Director.
The Tower at Hooke Park, Hooke Park, United Kingdom (2011) Design and construction of a wood pavilion that allows users of the AA School of Architecture's Hooke Park campus to reflect, pause and re-center. Participation in the conceptual design, in charge of the construction team and realization of the built project. Designer and Construction Team Manager.
The Red Castle and the Lawless Line - Transformation of Agricultural Terraces into Private Experimental Garden, Beit Sahour, (Cisjordanie) (2010-2011)
Creation of terraces and public gardens at the foot of an opulent farmhouse near Bethlehem. Territorial and regulatory analysis, study of vernacular botanical species, architectural creation (drawings, models, 3D visualization). Design Researcher.
Open-Air Museum, Beit Sahour (Cisjordanie) (2010)
Open-air museum located in agricultural terraces separating the Palestinian territories from the Israeli territories near Bethlehem. Contributions to the territorial study, regulatory framework, vision development, and the conceptualization of an urban design proposal. Project created in collaboration with UNESCO. Designer.
Badha Lake Park, Fazilka, India (2007) Study and urban design proposal aiming to revitalize an underutilized lakefront into a vibrant public space. Responsible for the territorial study, human-centered research, creation of a participatory design process, and vision development (including visualization). Urban Designer.
